This appeal was filed by three appellants, namely, Ram Bachan, Badama and Dwarika, against the judgment and order dated 28th April, 1987 passed by the Fourth Additional Sessions Judge, Varanasi in S.T. No.429 of 1983.
The office has submitted a report dated 22.12.2021 that pursuant to the order dated 16.11.2021, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli has submitted a report that all three appellants have died. The report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli dated 16.12.2021 has been flagged "Ka".
In view of the above, as no appellants survive, this appeal stands abated.
