In terms of the order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed instructions to the effect that efforts are being made to calculate the benefits which accrued to the petitioner during the service and the matter shall be decided with all expedition.
Taking the said instructions, on record, put up this case as fresh on 02.12.2021. In the meantime, the respondents shall take all the efforts for finalization of the dues payable. On the next date, the Court shall consider if any other issue remains in between the parties.
