Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to correct the description of respondent no.4 in the array of the parties to the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to do so during the course of the day.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the Principal of Rajkiya Auddogik Prashikhan Sansthan, Basti. He retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.8.2018. He submits that he is entitled to pension and other retiral dues but the same has not been paid although more than 11 months have passed.
It is submitted that the respondent no.2 is the appropriate authority in this regard.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner makes a representation to the respondent no.2, he will consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before the authority concerned.
