The respondent no. 4 filed an application for the correction of map under Section 28 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901. When an order was passed on 21.12.2017 in the proceedings under Section 28 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 the petitioner filed a Revision on 14.08.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that while the Revision was pending orders on the stay application were not being passed.
It is, therefore, directed that appropriate order be passed on the stay application within three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
For a period of three months or till orders is passed on the stay application, whichever is earlier, status quo as of today shall be maintained.
The writ petition is disposed of.
