Issue notice to respondent nos. 4 to 14 by registered post A.D. Steps within ten days.
Relying upon the averments made in paragraph 11 of the writ petition, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a square chak proposed to him was modified resulting in a "L" shape chak order passed by the Consolidation Officer. The consequential appeal and revision have been dismissed without adverting to this aspect of the matter on considerations.
Until further orders, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from his original holding in case, he is has not already been dispossessed in pursuance of the allotments made by the Consolidation Authorities.
