The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial judge before whom Original Suit No.37 of 1998 filed by the petitioner is pending, to decide the same within a specified time frame.
It is evident from perusal of the order sheet that dates are being fixed for exparte hearing but for one reason of the other the matter is getting adjourned.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 1998, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make all endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
