Supplementary affidavit filed in compliance of previous order dated 9.7.2019 is taken on record.
The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the appellate court before whom Misc. Appeal No.14 of 2014 is pending, to decide the same within a specified time frame.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that the next date fixed in the case is 9.9.2019 and the order of ad interim injunction granted in favour of the plaintiff-appellants has been extended till the next date of listing.
Having regard to the fact that the appeal is pending since the year 2014, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the appellate court to make serious effort to decide the appeal expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
