The defendant of Original Suit No. 1110 of 2011 has filed the instant petition seeking a direction to the trial court to finalise the matter relating to temporary injunction without delay.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the order of temporary injunction is being extended from time to time without deciding the application for temporary injunction.
Accordingly, the trial court is directed to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
