Present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to ask the respondent no.4 to complete the inquiry in respect of exploit and misconduct of the employees of the department, within specified period.
Shri Adarsh Bhushan, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4 has raised preliminary objection on maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the present writ petition has been filed in individual capacity espousing the cause of public at large, therefore, the same is liable to be dismissed.
Confronted with this situation, Shri Lavkush Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with the said liberty.
