Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 138 of 2019, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, police station Rani Ki Sarai, District Azamgarh.
The Court finds itself unable to countenance the prayer for anticipatory bail bearing in mind the previous criminal history of the applicant which is duly noted by the Sessions Judge in his order rejecting the application for anticipatory bail. Consequently the prayer so made is refused.
The application consequently stands rejected.
