Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No. 4288 of 2005 (State v. Neel Mani Rai) arising out of Case Crime No. 128 of 2005, under Sections 17, 30 Arms Act and 419, 420, 423, 468, 470 I.P.C., P.S.
Ghosi, District Mau, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending under Sections 17, 30 Arms Act and 419, 420, 423, 468, 470 I.P.C. Cr.P.C. before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau.
In view of the above, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau, is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order looking to its own roaster and other expedited trials under the order of this Court issued from time to time.
