Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

By the present petition, petitioners have prayed for expeditious disposal of Regular Suit No. 5 of 2002, Ram Shankar and Another Vs. Bhola Nath Gupta and Others.

This court on administrative side has already issued directions to the court below to maintain zero pendency of cases which are more than five years old. In view of orders already issued on administrative side, the trial court is expected to decide the present case which is pending since the year 2002 expeditiously without any further delay.

In view of aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
