Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in S.T. No. 2763 of 2017 (State vs. Munnesh Yadav & others) arising out of case crime no. 0431 of 2017, under Sections323, 325, 452, 447, 504, 506 IPC and Sections 3 (2) (1) Cha, Chha, Da, Dha of POCSO Act, Police Station- Jasrana, District- Firozabad, is seeking to decide the trial expeditiously.
Since the matter is pending since 04.11.2017 and two years have been passed but no appropriate order has been passed by the court below. It is appropriate to direct the court below to decide the matter expeditiously.
The learned trial Court is directed to gear up the matter and would make all necessary efforts to conclude the same expeditiously, from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either side and if there is no other legal impediment.
Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes that the defence would render all necessary cooperation in the early conclusion of trial.
