1. This appeal has been filed by sole appellant Ram Avtar son of Buddha Ram. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah vide letter dated 04.07.2018, after making inquiry as per this Court's Circular dated 18.01.2017, has informed that sole appellant-Ram Avtatar has died some times in the year 2005. The appeal, therefore, stands abated.
