The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Board of Revenue, Lucknow. i.e. respondent no.2 to decide Revision No.2109 of 2014 (Munni Lal versus Additional Collector, Land Revenue, Ballia & others) pending before the Board of Revenue, Lucknow.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the Board of Revenue, Lucknow. i.e. the respondent no.2 is directed to decide the aforesaid revision within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid revision.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
