By means of this writ petition, petitioners have challenged an order dated 01.08.2019 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Mathura, District-Mathura. This order has be assailed on the ground that in the proceedings wherein the order has been passed, the petitioners had applied for impleadment and date has been fixed on the impleadment application. However, prior to the date fixed, the impugned order came to be passed. It is therefore, an ex parte order.
In view of the submissions made, this petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to file a recall application seeking the recall of the order dated 01.08.2019.
In case such application is filed within two weeks, it is expected that same shall be considered and disposed of by reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter.
