Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
Present application has been filed seeking direction to the concerned Sessions Judge to consider and decide the bail application of the applicant. Allegation against the applicant is for the offence under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the nature of the offence levelled against the applicant and also the settled proposition of law on the subject, prayer made in the application cannot be granted. The application being devoid of merits is liable to be dismissed and the same is accordingly dismissed.
