The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 1485 of 1998 expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that written statement was filed in the suit in the year 2006. The issues were framed on 26.09.2007.
Having regard to the same, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the above suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
