JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the District Judge, Mainpuri to decide delay condonation application in Misc. Appeal No.104 of 2016 within a stipulated period.
It is expected that before proceeding further in the appeal, delay condonation application will be addressed by the court concerned and therefore no specific direction need be issued.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of.
