The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition prayer for quashing the order of transfer dated 19.09.2009.
At the time when the writ petition was filed age of the petitioner was about 52 years. The writ petition is of the year 2009. Therefore, there is all possibility that the petitioner has already been superannuated.
In this view of the matter, the court is of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
