Appellant no.1 Ram Avtar and appellant no.2 Rajendra have since been arrested in pursuance to the order of the Court dated 23.7.2014 and have been produced before this Court by Head constables Chandra Singh and three others. Appearance on behalf of appellants has been put by Shri Anuj Bajpai and Shri R.N. Shukla, Advocates. The court has been assured that the matter shall be argued on the next date and no further adjournment shall be prayed for. On their request, the case is adjourned to 29.8.2014. In view of what has been recorded above, we further provide that appellant no.1 Ram Avtar and appellant no.2 Rajendra may be released on bail on same terms and conditions on which they were granted bail under order dated 2.11.1994. Their future presence are exempted unless directed otherwise. List on 29.8.2014.
