Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing counsel.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he is not being paid even minimum wages in compliance of the orders passed by this court.
Learned counsel for opposite party undertakes that the petitioner shall be allowed to continue in the same status as on today he is working and payment of minimum wage shall be ensured. It is further submitted that against the impugned order Special Appeal has been filed on 30.11.2007. Therefore, in view of this statement and keeping in view the undertaking given by the learned counsel for opposite party, hearing of this contempt petition is deferred. Meanwhile the opposite parties shall fulfill the undertaking given by them before this court List in usual course.
