Sri S.C. Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No. 6 states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being left open, the prayer of the petitioner for revision of pension in light of the Government Orders dated 23 December 2016, 18 July 2017 and 4 September 2017 shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
