The sole prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the Case no. 638/494, u/s-176 U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act (Ram Asre and others vs. Pawan Kumar)which is pending before the S.D.M. Phoolpur, District-Allahabad, be expeditiously decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the S.D.M. Phoolpur, District- Allahabad shall decide the Case no. 638/494, u/s-176 U.P.
Z.A. & L.R. Act (Ram Asre and others vs. Pawan Kumar) within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
