Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the Original Suit No. 228 of 2004 (Ram Ashrey Vs. Land Management Committee and another), in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application/petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to Court of Civil Judge, (J.D.), Gorakhpur to decide the suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
