Learned Standing Counsel, in reply to the writ petition, has stated that there is no order of eviction or demolition against the petitioner and, therefore no cause of action has arisen to the writ petitioner.

As and when any cause of action arises, the petitioner may approach the Court.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
