The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Suit No. 1034 of 1995 within a short span of time.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that the matter is at the stage of cross-examination of the plaintiff and his witnesses.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
