The petitioners, who are defendants in Original Suit No.720 of 2006, have filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that the matter is now being posted for cross examination of PW-2.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
