Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This petition has been instituted seeking the following relief:-
"Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents no.2 and 3 to take necessary action against the Gram Pradhan to made a construction of the Panchayat Bhawan and installed the Hand Pump on the allotted plot No.163 Kha, M, situated in the aforesaid village from his own money."
The allegation as addressed in the course of oral submission, was that instead of constructing a Gram Panchayat Bhawan on Plot No.163, the Gram Pradhan has raised constructions on Plot No.69. On being inquired, it is pointed out that Plot No.69 stands in the name of private individuals. Learned counsel for the petitioner candidly admits that he has no right, title or interest in Plot No.69.
In view thereof, the Court finds no ground to entertain the petition. The petition consequently stands dismissed.
