This petition for writ is preferred to hold an inquiry pertaining to unauthorized occupation by respondents no.5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
As per the petitioner, the respondents aforesaid have made encroachment on public land.
For having the relief as prayed for, an effective remedy is available to the petitioner under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The petitioner may avail such remedy for redressal of his grievance.
The petitioner, if files an application as per provisions of Section 67 of the Code of 2006 before the authority competent along with a certified copy of this order within a period of six weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority competent within a period of three months thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
