This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners, interalia, for the following relief:
"A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to release the fund of amount of scheme known as Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, in favour of petitioner, within a reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble court, otherwise petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury".
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Respondent No. 2 to ventilate his grievance, he shall look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the above observation, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
