The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.1426 of 2011 expeditiously within a time specified by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner and a perusal of the order sheet reveals that the matter is proceeding exparte against the defendants and dates are being fixed for exparte hearing, but the hearing is not taking place and the proceedings are being adjourned.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, provided there is no legal impediment.
