Heard Sri A.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for deciding the representation dated 24.12.2013.
Considering the facts that in the present case one application has been given by the petitioner to S.P. Raibarely. In case the petitioner is having any grievance, the same may be raised before the court concerned by way of moving an application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. or by filing the complaint case, but the relief sought may not granted, such prayer is refused.
Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
