Heard Shri Kamlesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant.
Admittedly despite the liberty granted by the writ Court, the applicant has not initiated any steps for referral of the dispute to arbitration.
Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for the applicant prays for permission to withdraw this petition at this stage and to approach the respondent for referral of disputes to arbitration and to initiate proceedings afresh in case respondents fail to act as per the order of the writ Court.
The petition shall stand dismissed at this stage with liberty as aforesaid.
