Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Court below i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kaushambi be directed to expedite the hearing and decide the Original Suit No. 694 of 2015 within a time bound period.
Admittedly, the suit is of the year 2015 As such, I am not inclined to issue any direction as has been prayed for.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the Court below for expeditious disposal of the suit, which shall be considered and decided sympathetically taking into consideration the roster of the case.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
