Present time extension application has been filed for granting two weeks further time to make representation to the competent authority pursuant to order dated 25.3.2021.
The reasons shown in the affidavit accompanying the application specially para 4 are bonafide. In the interest of justice, the petitioner is accorded two weeks further time to make representation pursuant to order dated 25.3.2021 and the authority concerned would decide the claim of the petitioner in further two months.
The time extension application stands disposed of accordingly.
