Petitioner is a retired Chakbandi Lekhpal. His grievance is that after his retirement certain bills for medical reimbursement have been submitted by him, but his claim for release of amount against it has not been considered.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined by the authority competent, in accordance with law.
Perusal of the record would go to show that petitioner has been informed by the Chief Treasury Officer, Mirzapur vide letter dated 28.12.2017 that he may raise his claim before the authority where from he is receiving pension. Petitioner thereafter submitted bills before the authority concerned at Bhadohi on 24.10.2018. Undisputedly, petitioner is receiving pension from the authorities at district Bhadohi.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.3 by making a representation in respect of his grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of his claim, within a period of three weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned and an appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of two months thereafter.
