Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The only relief pressed in this petition is that the respondent no.2 may be directed to decide Case No.2017143658022614 (Ram Achal Vs. Kailash Nath and others) under Section 176 of U.P.Z.A. Act within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose will be served to keep this petition pending and call for a counter affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
