Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha and the learned Standing Counsel for the State- Respondents.
This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 26.02.2020 which has been passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the order was appealable.
No interference is, therefore, warranted.
Under such circumstances, it is provided that if petitioner files an Appeal within a period of one month from today then the Appellate Court without going into the question of limitation, shall decide the same within a period of two months thereafter. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
