Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.
The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus commanding the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur, to decide the Revision No. 2409 of 2017-18 (Ram Achal Vs. State of U.P. and others) within the stipulated time. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the SOC granted the permission to writ petitioner for rasing the construction over the land vide order dated 15.12.2017. The said order was recalled at the instance of the respondent vide order dated 24.02.2018 and the said order was challenged by the petitioner in the revision which is still pending. It is further contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner in pursuance to the order dated 15.12.2017 has completed his construction and, therefore, there is urgency in the matter.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Janupur is directed to decide the Revision No. 2409 of 2017-18 (Ram Achal Vs. State of U.P. and others) as expeditiously as possible in accordance with the law preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
