The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent / contemnor submitted that the order of this Court in the Writ Petition has been complied with in letter and spirit. It is also stated that the contemnor is present in Court.
2.Considering the fact that the order of this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has no serious grievance, this Court is inclined to take a lenient view and this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
