This petition is filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.78 of 2012 of III Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam for alleged offence under Section 420 I.P.C.
Heard both sides.
I have perused the material papers filed along with quash petition and also counter.
A reading of complaint would disclose that case requires investigation. Since the crime is of the year 2012, I feel by directing the police to expedite the investigation by following Section 41-A Cr.P.C. in respect of arrest of the petitioners, this petition can be disposed of.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the police to expedite investigation and follow section 41-A Cr.P.C. in respect of arrest of the petitioners.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
