KM him and the petitioner herein, on the advise of the elders and that he intends to withdraw the case filed against the petitioner and he has no objection to quash the impugned proceedings. A memorandum of understanding dated 04.03.2017 duly signed by both parties, has also been filed to that effect.
2. Both the parties are present. Their identities have been verified and they accepted the contents in the affidavit as true and genuine.
3. The memorandum of understanding is recorded and the same shall form part of this order. In view of the memorandum of understanding, the FIR in Crime No.305 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent, is quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of understanding.
