JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2. The petitioners stated that one Manikandan, who is a relative of the petitioners and one Vimala belonged to different Caste appears to have been married and due to that, the complaint was lodged before the second respondent for the offences under Section 366(A) of IPC. It is further stated that the petitioners are being harassed under the guise of enquiry.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions however, submitted that no case was registered against the petitioners and that therefore, there is no question of enquiry or harassment.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, if the presence of the petitioners is required for any enquiry, they will be called only after issuing summons prescribing date and time and in the manner prescribed in law.
