The petitioners intend to challenge the order in E.A. No. 110/2014 in E.P. No. 71/2013 in O.S. No. 387/2008 in appeal.
E.A. No. 110/2014 has been filed raising a claim under Order XXI Rule 97 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The petitioners apprehend dispossession in execution even before the certified copy of the order in E.A. No. 110/2014 is obtained and an appeal filed.
2. I direct the Court of the Ist Additional Munsiff Court of Neyyattinkara to issue certified copy of the order in E.A. No. 110/2014 in E.P. No. 71/2013 in O.S. No. 387/2008 expeditiously. The same shall be issued to the petitioners on usual terms within a period of two weeks from the date production of this judgment. The dispossession of petitioners in E.P. No. 71/2013 in O.S. No. 387/2008 shall be put on hold for a period of three weeks.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
