JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, in view of Ext.R2 (b) passed by the 1st respondent, dated 30-07-2014, the directions contained in Annexure-III judgment stands complied with. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the directions contained in the judgment with respect to disposal of the representations were not properly complied. According to him there is no proper advertence to the grievance voiced in the representations. However, this court is of the opinion that the correctness of Ext.R2 (b) order cannot be adjudicated in this proceedings, which is filed under the Contempt of Courts Act. In view of compliance of the directions by issuing Ext.R2 (b) proceedings, it is not necessary to proceed further in this contempt of court case. However, liberty will be reserved in favour of the petitioner to challenge Ext.R2 (b) in appropriate proceedings to the extent if he is aggrieved.
Con. Case (c) No.594/2014 -2-
2. Therefore this contempt of court case is hereby closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to the extent mentioned as above.
