JUDGMENT / ORDER

On 16.4.2012 this court (Coram : Hon'ble Mr. Justice KS Jhaveri) has passed the following order :
"Learned counsel for the appellant shall take appropriate steps to serve unserved respondent No. 1, failing which the appeal, qua unserved respondent shall stand dismissed.
S.O.
to 30.4.2012."
However, respondent No. 1 as remained unserved till today.
Issue fresh notice returnable to 18th July, 2012.
Direct service is permitted.
