Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This petition impugns orders of the trial Court as affirmed by the Appellate Court rejecting an application for grant of temporary injunction.
The trial Judge has found that from the own documents presented by the petitioner it was evident that the land belonged to the Gram Sabha. It has further proceeded to observe that the petitioner had failed to bring on record any material which may have even prima facie established title over the suit property. The order in the considered view of the Court merits no interference.
The writ petition is dismissed.
