1. Registry was directed to place papers of Criminal Misc.Application No.7670 of 2012. On perusal, it is found that that number is incorrect. The correct number of Criminal Misc.Application No.7610 of 2012. In this matter, the Court granted temporary bail for a period of 14 days to the present applicant-convict.
2. The present application is filed seeking temporary bail for a period of 15 days so as to attend post-death rituals of his grand-mother (maternal). The convict has mentioned in the application that his grand-mother died on 29.06.2012. That being so, the post-death rituals must be over by now and therefore, the cause does not survive. The application, therefore, does not find favour. The same is rejected.
3. Registry is directed to separate papers of Criminal Misc.Application No.7670 of 2012 from this matter.
