Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Rakesh Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent -University.
Sri Kumar learned counsel appearing for the respondent University states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being left open, the claim of the petitioners for grant of arrears of salary for the period May 2017 to May 2018, shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the second respondent in accordance with law and a final decision communicated to them within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioners, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
